We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following refund and return terms before making a purchase.

Fabric Sales

All cut fabric sales are final and nonrefundable. Fabric that has been cut to a customer's requested yardage cannot be returned or exchanged.

Fabric that has been washed, cut, sewn, treated, damaged, or otherwise altered after purchase is also nonrefundable.

Please inspect all fabric carefully before washing, cutting, or altering it.

Eligible Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by Denise's Fabric Gallery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item arrived damaged, please contact Denise's Fabric Gallery promptly after receiving your order.

Please keep the item and its original packaging while we review the issue. Photographs or additional information may be requested.
