We make every effort to accurately describe and display our fabrics, notions, sewing supplies, classes, and other products. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Because fabrics can vary in color and appearance depending on lighting, photography, computer monitors, and mobile devices, the color displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the actual fabric.
Fabric Measurements and Cuts
Fabric is sold according to the yardage and quantities indicated on the product page. We make reasonable efforts to cut fabric accurately.
Please verify the quantity needed before ordering. Fabric cut to a customer's requested yardage is considered a custom-cut item and is nonrefundable.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Payment must be successfully completed before an online order can be processed.
Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing or product information error has occurred, payment cannot be processed, or we are otherwise unable to fulfill the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the canceled merchandise will be refunded.
Shipping
Denise's Fabric Gallery currently ships within the United States only. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout and are nonrefundable.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions of our Refund Policy.
Cut, washed, sewn, treated, damaged, or otherwise altered fabric is nonrefundable.
Approved eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Sewing Classes and Events
Class and event availability, dates, times, fees, materials, and requirements are provided with the individual class or event listing.
Customers are responsible for reviewing class requirements before registering. Class schedules may occasionally be changed or canceled when necessary.
