Shipping Policy

Denise's Fabric Gallery currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A flat-rate shipping fee will be charged on all shipped orders and displayed at checkout. We do not currently offer free shipping.

All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Fabric Purchases

Because fabric is cut specifically to each customer's requested yardage, all cut fabric sales are final and nonrefundable.

Fabric that has been cut, washed, sewn, treated, damaged, or otherwise altered after purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

We strongly recommend inspecting your fabric for any issues before washing, cutting, or altering it.

Returns

Eligible, uncut merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Denise's Fabric Gallery.

Returns received more than 30 days after the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order was damaged during shipment, please contact Denise's Fabric Gallery promptly after receiving your order.

Please retain the merchandise and original packaging while we review the issue. We may request photographs or other information to help us resolve the problem.

Questions About a Return

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact Denise's Fabric Gallery before returning the merchandise. Items returned without meeting the requirements of this policy may not be eligible for a refund.
